Personal stylist & confidence advocate
Sarah Corbett-Winder spent years doing wardrobe consultations and personal styling, and noticed a recurring pattern: the lack of confidence women had came down not to clothes, but to their relationship with their own bodies. On the podcast, she argues that starting point comes before any partner, relationship or frequency of sex: a woman has to want to have sex with herself first. She speaks openly about staying physically connected to her husband after having children, not out of duty but as a way of protecting intimacy from drifting into distance, and about the internal work that comes before any of that: exercise, pilates and breath work that put the investment back into herself.
